First of all, install Niligo app. To do this, go to the following URL to get the latest version of this app.

You can install the Niligo app accourding instructions as shown. Select the Open option to open the app.

Allow the application to have required permissions.
The devices found will be listed at the end of the search. If only one device is found, you can use the Test option to enter the control page and use it without any configuration.
You will also be redirected to the next step to configure the objects by selecting the OK option.
On this page, you will see a list of devices not configured yet and named with the default name.
Now you can select the Add option to start the process of adding a new device, or press the See button to make sure you have the bulb you want to set.

By pressing the See button, the phone is disconnected from the Wi-Fi network and your mobile will be connected to the device Wi-Fi. The result is blinking the device in RGB colors, either red, blue or green.

But if you select the Add button, you will enter the wizard of adding a new device.
In the first step, it’s best to choose a proper name for the new device. Otherwise, the next button will continue the wizard with the default name.
For example, if you want to use a Niligo Smart Bulb in the bedroom, the bedroom name can be a good name.
Next, select the desired Wi-Fi network and enter its password in the Router Password field.
Note that your modem password should only include large or small A-Z characters, and 0 to 9 characters. If not, please change your wifi modem before continuing.

If you have completed all the steps correctly, you will encounter the following message by pressing the Finish button, which means adding the new device to the list.
The smart lamp will blink red, green, and blue, and will eventually turn white.

When you have completed the configuration of a device, you will be logged in to the newly configured device list page to configure them.
You will be redirected to the application’s home screen by configuring the last device.
If you do not want to configure all your devices, you can move back to the main screen by choosing Back.

Moving to the home screen after a few seconds, the green wifi icon is displayed in the corner of the device icon, which means the device is properly connected to the wifi.
You can now control the device. To do this, just press the device icon to enter the smart device control panel.


You can control each of the smart devices individually or control all of them together.
Each device may have its own control environment. So, in spite of the general consistency, you can handle a smart key, motion sensor, or smart lamp with different options.
We will continue to control the Niligo Smart Light.
The controller has many parts. This page can be divided into three sections, which are heather, control, and footer respectively.
There are three options in the heather for adding to favorites, adding a timer and a camera button that will be dealt with later.
As the control section name indicates, it is used to apply the settings. You can adjust the color of the lamp with its intensity and temperature.
In the footer menu, you also have access to the devices and bulbs added to the app to control them individually or collectively.


 

Wheel tab

You can use the color wheel to control the color of the lamp. Niligo’s Smart Bulb supports up to 16 million colors, which can be easily selected through the wheel.
Tap anywhere on the wheel and you will see the selected color. To apply a color, just click the Enter button.
There is also a separate button to turn off the smart bulb.
Remember that proper connection to network is displayed as a green Wi-Fi icon next to the on / off button.
Use the bar to adjust the intensity of light. Setting the intensity to the minimum is the same as setting it off.


 

RGB tab

The RGB tab controls red, green, and blue. By combining these colors, you can create any color.
The last bar is intended to adjust the intensity of light.


 

Kelvin tab

Kelvin is the light temperature unit which is used in the Niligo app for the same job.
There are three bars on this page to adjust yellow, white and intensity respectively.


 

Settings tab

In this tab, you can return the bulb to the factory settings, update the firmware, change the name of the device, or put a password on it.
Return to factory settings: By selecting the Reset button, the bulb will return to factory settings. To do this, select Ok in response to the message shown, or press No to cancel.
Renaming the device: To rename a device, just enter the new name in the desired field.
Changing Password: If you do not want anyone to access the Smart Device Settings, you can protect it with a password. This password is only for local use.
To change the password, you must first enter the current password in the first field and enter the new password in the second field.
If you have not already entered the password on the smart device, use admin as both username and password.


 

Apply changes to all devices

To apply any of the variations of color and intensity at the same time to all the lamps, you can put the situation in the bottom menu on All and apply the desired settings.


 

Save settings and add to favorites

You can save any combination of color and intensity to favorite list for later use. It is possible to do this in either RGB, Wheel or Kelvin tab.
Just click the Add to Favorites button to save the settings.
If you want to save the settings for the first time, you will see an empty list of favorites. Press the Add button to save the first combination.
Now the combination is added to the list and displayed as an icon.
To delete the saved settings, press the delete button. This will show a trash mark on all saved colors. You will now remove it by pressing the trash icon on any of the colors.


 

Setting the color from an image

If 16 million colors is not enough, the good news is you can choose color from any image.
for example, if you want to paint your room to colors of a beautiful sunset, just press the camera button to choose a color from an image in the gallery or by launching camera and taking picture.
